    RCG's Site Works division handles the exterior scope most commercial GCs sub out and most landscape companies treat as an afterthought. We install commercial drainage systems that pass MS4 post-construction inspection, segmental retaining walls engineered to IBC §1807 thresholds, ICPI-spec paver plazas and walkways, irrigation systems for healthcare campuses and corporate sites, and erosion control compliant with Ohio EPA OHC000005 and Kentucky KYR10 general permits. We don't mow lawns, we don't service residential properties, and we don't take ongoing maintenance contracts. We build the work, we stand behind it, and we move on.

    • Commercial Retaining Walls: Segmental block, geogrid-reinforced, modular, and engineered walls — designed to IBC §1807 / OBC / KBC requirements, PE-stamped where surcharge or height triggers structural review.

    SD1, Hamilton County Storm Water District, Greene County stormwater, and LFUCG's industrial/high-risk commercial stormwater program all impose post-construction obligations on commercial property owners. Our drainage and detention installs are designed for compliance, with as-built documentation suitable for MS4 reporting.

    No. The Site Works division is exclusively commercial install work — retaining walls, drainage, pavers, irrigation systems, grading, erosion control, sod, and plantings tied to one-time projects. We don't take residential jobs and we don't bid maintenance, mowing, fertilization, or snow contracts.

    $25,000 to $500,000, consistent with RCG's commercial GC sweet spot. Smaller scopes (single drainage retrofits, short retaining wall sections) start around $10,000; larger integrated packages (parking lot redevelopment with drainage and hardscape) extend toward $750,000–$1M when delivered alongside a building renovation.

    Self-performed by Tony's team for the core scopes (retaining walls, drainage, hardscape install, grading, sod). Specialty trades (PE-stamped wall design over 4 ft, irrigation backflow testing, pesticide application) are licensed-sub or licensed-staff as required by OH and KY.
